Walt Kolenda is a certified appraiser who has been a seller of antiques, jewelry, collectibles, art & personal property since the late 1970s. His career began first as a picker, then an auction floor manager for Gus Williams Auctions in West Moreland, New Hampshire.

 

In 1995 Walt began as a licensed auctioneer and several years after that, started his own auction company. (Cape Ann Auction)

 

He graduated from the Yankee School of Auctioneering, Concord, NH and The Missouri Auction School as a Certified Personal Property Appraiser.

 

He is a Member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.

 

He has conducted hundreds of auctions & estate liquidations, selling thousands of antiques, works of art, pieces of jewelry, historic documents, books & ephemera, collectibles & personal property.

 

He is the owner of Cape Ann Auction, 1 Kondelin Rd. in Gloucester, MA 01930
